2018 genesis g90

I just bought a 2018 g90 from a dealer in NJ with 20,000 miles. I live in Cincinnati and took the car in for complimentary service only to find out that they will not honor it as there is nothing on the official genesis website and ownership restrictions may apply. Anyone have this issue?
