Nappa leather conditioning

It's been a year since i purchased my G80 and I want to condition my Nappa leather. Several questions.

Is it too early to condition the leather, or should I wait for another year before conditioning for the first time?

I used Mothers Leather Conditioner once a year to conditional my 2010 Hyundai Genesis and never had any problems. Is Mothers or Lexol okay on the Nappa leather?

Any tips NOT To Do, because of anyone's bad experience?
