I can see the 3.3 requiring premium. But does anyone know why the Kia site says premium recommended for the 2.0t, but says 87+ unleaded for the 2.0t optima. Same motor. Same compression ratio. About the same hp. Seems strange. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A 24 wasn’t available when I did mine. That’s what they told me anyways. Also, the residual on a 24 is higher so depending on the deal, the numbers could work out differently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I ran the tank empty and filled up with premium for the first time. So far I’m getting worse mileage and dont notice any additional power. Back to regular. Kinda nice since I’ve had to use premium in my cars for the past 10 yrs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The 38000 is probably the dealers sale price. You would then deduct the lease cash that should be about 7k on a 36 month lease. That would get you to 31k on that car. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had the same choice and went with the 2.0. It’s fast enough for daily driving. Like someone else said, the options make the car. Adaptive cruise is pretty awesome. This is coming from someone whose previous cars are a 17 and 14 Chevy SS, Pontiac g8 and 4 LS1 f bodies. Sent from my iPhone...
