Actually its heat that can cause the vinyl to shrink on larger surfaces like roofs , I've wrapped mirrors , emblems , skid pads etc and no problem but my neighbour did the roof of his Masserati and it is pulling away from the edges a bit ............. easy to replace though !

Yup , the downside of gloss black vinyl is it can scratch and shrink ................I think Plast dip could work as well with the glossifier finish .........

I saw the exact car I have on order today at my dealer . Thunder Grey with Black Nappa , looked way too dark for my liking so I re ordered it it White , so now I'll smoke the rear emblems , paint the roof black , not sure about the wheels now ??

Are those winter or AS ? , here in Vancouver with an AWD set up AS works well , I'm not putting snow tires on this car as a result

Good question , I dont know , matte always looks like dirty wheels to me and gloss can look "too bling" , I think I need to see the car ( Thunder Grey ) and make the call to see what looks best

I'll post it to see what you guys think , easy to remove if I dont like it

I'm going to test plasti dip on one wheel to see how it looks , I really dont like the 19" wheels , blacking them out might look better

I'm sure all this stuff will hit the after market when the cars are well distributed , the German brands have several "tuner" companies that produce and sell body acessories and I'm sure the Stinger will get a few doing the same too

As mentuioned we can only get AWD here , but thats the way I would have spec'd if I had the option

I've got a GT Limited , Thunder Gray ,with Black Nappa interior on order , $1000 deposit , and will be putting Hi Perf AS tires on to replace whatever it comes with ( assuming their going to be summer tires )

I think I'll be replacing thr OEM tires with hi performance AS , I had Cont DWS on one of BMW's and they were great , even in deep snow

You could do that with vinyl , easy to do , cheap , easy to remove !

Thanks ,In Canada we were asked to pick 3 colors in case they had trouuble supplying , So #1 was Thunders Gray , # 2 White , #3 Ghost Gray , I know the US calls the grays something else . I really liker all 3 so I dont care if I get bumped from 1 .
