boost from the manifold holds the BOV in place under throttle. So you don't want a spring rated for your max boost otherwise your intake might not be able to push it up to vent.

If the car didn’t have the solenoid and a computer modifying parameters if it sees something not working correctly, your BOV would connect to the intake manifold after the throttle plate.

You should come on down to SoCal and run Willow Springs raceway. Big fast track. Streets of Willow was real fun in my Mustang, very technical.

Really? I had mine replaced at around 10k and just around 14k they started wobbling. Still do at 17k unless I use good firm pressure when stopping. I’ll hva to make a couple calls to see what dealer will honor that

I held my breath as soon as I saw the SUV heading straight towards it. That was hard to watch. All the more reason to have a dash cam
