Welcome aboard, you're going to be hell bent trying to fine steering wheel cover. They do make carbon fiber steering wheels, the door panel you would be better off trying to fine a wrecked stinger to get a panel.

Welcome aboard, one of the more important mods is a Oil Catch Can on the PCV side of the motor. That will keep your manifold & the top of your valves from getting gummed up with oil. here's a photo of what I'm talking about.
