I used regular old air when it came time to bump up the tire pressure. I have my own air compressor and wasn't going to spend the money for additional nitrogen.

Same here. I have great and not so great experiences with RA. But they did correct the order issue very quickly.

It would be a nice feature for the LAP3 to remote select the fuel grade without having to open the box. Especially for traveling where the fuel octane (premium) varies between the states.

I'm a tight wad and won't even pay MSRP. LOL Cars is a depreciating commodity and I try to get the best bang for the buck going in.

Since these transmissions have adaptive learning I would recommend start a new learning process. Pull the negative battery cable for at least 10 minutes and reconnect. Drive the car easy for 30 miles or so for the initial learning process. If that doesn't work definitely take the car in for service.

On Fords the Forscan program can used to disable the ASS or by doing a jumper wire mod to the switch connector. Possibly a jumper wire mod could be use to disable the feature with the Stinger.

They did and it's noted in the magazine printed article. Did drop Audi by a few points but still came in first place against BMW and Kia. For performance either Audi is sandbagging the engine power or the DCT is that good. Apparently Kia's thorn is the sloppy shifting 8 spd.

Cool. Wasn't sure if these modules can manipulate the rail pressure like on diesels. Common rail diesel tuning we would raise the rail pressure and increase the injector duty cycle for more fuel. And boost fooling to fake out the electronic wastegate.

The US and Canada uses the AKI (R+M)/2 method. Other parts of the world uses either MON or RON testing method. Some debates on real world vs. lab method for testing. In a lot of states, like Texas uses 93 octane for premium instead of 91. I believe this is due to the ethanol content raising...
